FORDYN P

Fordyn P dynamite is a gelatine explosive containing nitroglycol, ammonium nitrate and PETN. Fordyn P is suitable for all types of blasting under normal conditions. Its characteristics make it an excellent choice particularly for underwater blasting and channelling applications and for use as a base charge in open-cut mining. Due to their high velocity of detonation, Fordyn P cartridges can be used as boosters for bulk explosives, such as ANFOs and emulsions (Kemiitti). Fordyn P is also suitable for precise blasting, where extremely small amounts of explosives are used, as the material is easy to cut into small doses.
