The group, which invests heavily in technology and digitalisation, announced today that the acquisition agreement for <strong>O-Pitblast Lda<\/strong> has been completed. With the agreement, the entire share capital of the software company O-Pitblast will be transferred to the ownership of the FORCIT Group.<\/p>\n<p>With the acquisition, O-Pitblast Lda\u2019s global business will be integrated into Forcit&#8217;s operations. Following the transaction, Forcit as a group already employs almost 500 people in Finland, Sweden, Norway and now also in Portugal.
