With the acquisition, some of Orica&#8217;s operations in Finland and Sweden became part of FORCIT&#8217;s operations as of 2 December 2024. The transaction covers personnel related to the civilian explosives business, warehouses and stations, and the equipment required to provide services. The transaction will not affect FORCIT&#8217;s Norwegian operations, which will continue as before.<\/p>\n\n<p>This strategic step will improve the coverage FORCIT\u2019s service network and increase available resources. It will also increase flexibility allowing FORCIT to better meet the demands of the future. In addition, a distribution arrangement between FORCIT and Orica will expand FORCIT&#8217;s product range with Orica&#8217;s advanced technology products, including wireless detonator technology (WebGen\u2122).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThe transaction enables us to serve our customers in Sweden and Finland more efficiently, environmentally friendly and with a broader product range.
