F\u00f6rklaringen \u00e4r enkel: Kemix har en l\u00e4gre densitet \u00e4n Fordyn (1,15\u20131,20 kg\/m\u00b3 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 1,45\u20131,55 kg\/m\u00b3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tillsammans med produktutvecklingsteamet ville vi unders\u00f6ka vad detta inneb\u00e4r i praktiken. F\u00f6r studien byggde vi en testuppst\u00e4llning best\u00e5ende av ett \u00d8110 mm PVC-r\u00f6r, en timer och vatten. R\u00f6ret fylldes med vatten, och vi m\u00e4tte hur l\u00e5ng tid det tog f\u00f6r spr\u00e4ng\u00e4mnespatronen att sjunka till botten i v\u00e5r \u201dborrh\u00e5lssimulator\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e4tningarna gjordes med \u00d850 mm Fordyn- och Kemix A-patroner. Detoneringssladden simulerades med en f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngningssladd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>PATRON<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>SJUNKHASTIGHET<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>FORDYN<\/td><td>1,34 m\/s<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>KEMIX A<\/td><td>0,96 m\/s<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resultaten blev som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat \u2013 Fordyn sj\u00f6nk snabbare \u00e4n Kemix. Noggrannheten i m\u00e4tningen \u00e4r cirka \u00b15 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I praktiken inneb\u00e4r detta att p\u00e5 ett spr\u00e4ngningsf\u00e4lt med 1000 meter vattenfyllda borrh\u00e5l tar det ungef\u00e4r fem minuter l\u00e4ngre f\u00f6r en Kemix-anv\u00e4ndare att placera patronerna p\u00e5 botten j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med en Fordyn-anv\u00e4ndare.<\/p>\n\n\n    <div class=\"row\">\r\n        <div  class=\"faq-accordion-wrapper col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 col-xl-9\">\r\n                            <details class=\"faq-item\">\r\n                    <summary class=\"faq-question\"><h4 class=\"my-0 py-0\">Hur beter sig Fordyn och Kemix A i vattenfyllda borrh\u00e5l?<\/h4><\/summary>\r\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n                        <p>Fordyn sjunker snabbare i ett vattenfyllt borrh\u00e5l \u00e4n Kemix A. I testet var sjunkhastigheten f\u00f6r Fordyn 1,34 m\/s och f\u00f6r Kemix A 0,96 m\/s.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\r\n                <\/details>\r\n                            <details class=\"faq-item\">\r\n                    <summary class=\"faq-question\"><h4 class=\"my-0 py-0\">Vilken effekt har sjunkhastigheten p\u00e5 laddningsarbetet?<\/h4><\/summary>\r\n                    <div class=\"faq-answer\">\r\n                        <p>Ett spr\u00e4ng\u00e4mne som sjunker snabbare kan p\u00e5skynda laddningsarbetet vid botten.
