P\u00e5 platsen skulle ett nytt centrum f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lbefinnande byggas, och projektet var s\u00e4rskilt utmanande p\u00e5 grund av det centrala l\u00e4get i Kampen samt n\u00e4rheten till metrotunnlarna. P\u00e5 grund av arbetsplatsens placering hade man initialt planerat att genomf\u00f6ra spr\u00e4ngningarna genom kilning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det visade sig snart att kilning skulle bli f\u00f6r tidskr\u00e4vande, eftersom arbetet m\u00e5ste utf\u00f6ras i flera lager p\u00e5 grund av den \u00e5tta meter h\u00f6ga bankh\u00f6jden. Baserat p\u00e5 f\u00f6rstudier var YIT \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00f6vertygat om att spr\u00e4ngning med konventionella metoder kunde vara ett genomf\u00f6rbart alternativ. \u00c4ven geoteknikern ans\u00e5g att spr\u00e4ngning var m\u00f6jligt, men ytterligare information kr\u00e4vdes f\u00f6r att fatta ett slutgiltigt beslut. Bild: YIT.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Alvar Martiskainen fr\u00e5n <strong>FORCIT<\/strong>s tekniska tj\u00e4nster deltog i planeringen och genomf\u00f6randet av provspr\u00e4ngningarna. Tre h\u00e5l borrades och deras rakhet m\u00e4ttes. Totalt planerades fem provspr\u00e4ngningar, d\u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta skulle utf\u00f6ras med en mycket liten laddning som med s\u00e4kerhet l\u00e5g under de teoretiska vibrationsgr\u00e4nserna. M\u00e4ngden spr\u00e4ng\u00e4mne \u00f6kades successivt om vibrationerna h\u00f6ll sig inom gr\u00e4nsv\u00e4rdena. Vibrationsm\u00e4tningarna utf\u00f6rdes av <strong>FORCIT<\/strong> Consulting Oy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtliga provspr\u00e4ngningar genomf\u00f6rdes framg\u00e5ngsrikt, d\u00e5 inga m\u00e4tpunkter \u00f6verskred gr\u00e4nsv\u00e4rdena. Alvar Martiskainen kommenterade: \u201dPlaneringen och genomf\u00f6randet skilde sig inte n\u00e4mnv\u00e4rt fr\u00e5n vanlig spr\u00e4ngning i t\u00e4tbebyggt omr\u00e5de. Arbetet var enkelt och roligt som alltid!\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tabellerna 1 <\/strong>och <strong>2<\/strong> visar resultaten fr\u00e5n flera vibrationsm\u00e4tningspunkter. M\u00e4tpunkten MP02 var den mest vibrationsk\u00e4nsliga platsen i metron, och vibrationerna \u00f6verf\u00f6rdes till sensorerna p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt beroende p\u00e5 placering. \u00d6verraskande nog observerades den h\u00f6gsta topp\u2011partikelhastigheten i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till riktv\u00e4rdet vid de mest avl\u00e4gsna m\u00e4tpunkterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" Metron var det mest k\u00e4nsliga objektet ur vibrationssynpunkt, och vibrationerna som \u00f6verf\u00f6rdes till de underliggande metrotunnlarna var svagare \u00e4n vad de teoretiska ber\u00e4kningarna hade f\u00f6rutsett \u2013 K-v\u00e4rdet var allts\u00e5 l\u00e4gre \u00e4n v\u00e4ntat. Vibrationsniv\u00e5erna l\u00e5g klart under gr\u00e4nsv\u00e4rdet \u00e4ven med laddningar p\u00e5 0,525 kg. Utifr\u00e5n dessa resultat kunde YIT f\u00f6resl\u00e5 att spr\u00e4ngningarna skulle genomf\u00f6ras med borrspr\u00e4ngningsmetoden. Best\u00e4llaren var n\u00f6jd med resultaten och godk\u00e4nde anv\u00e4ndningen av spr\u00e4ngning. Spr\u00e4ngningsarbetet p\u00e5 platsen inleddes v\u00e5ren 2024 och har fortskridit enligt tidplan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad l\u00e4rde man sig av provspr\u00e4ngningarna?<\/strong> \u00c4ven om den initiala inst\u00e4llningen till spr\u00e4ngning ofta \u00e4r negativ, \u00e4r det v\u00e4rt att \u00f6verv\u00e4ga provspr\u00e4ngningar som ett alternativ, eftersom resultaten kan \u00f6verraska \u00e4ven den mest f\u00f6rsiktiga planeraren eller best\u00e4llaren.
